1 cup semolina (suji)
2 cups water

Roast Semolina: Heat 1/2 cup of ghee in a pan and add 1 cup of semolina. Roast until golden brown.
Boil Water: In a separate pot, boil 2 cups of water.
Add Water: Slowly add the boiling water to the roasted semolina, stirring continuously to avoid lumps.
Add Sugar: Add 1 cup of sugar and mix well.
Cook: Cook for another 5-7 minutes until the halwa thickens.
Garnish: Garnish with chopped nuts and serve hot.
