Prepare Dough:
In a large bowl, mix 2 cups of flour, 1 cup of warm milk, ¼ cup of sugar, 2 eggs, and 1 packet of yeast. Knead until smooth and elastic. Let rise for 1 hour in a warm place.
Heat Oil:
Heat oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 350°F (175°C).
Shape Donuts:
Roll out the dough on a floured surface and cut into circles using a donut cutter or a glass.
Fry:
Fry the donuts in the hot oil until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side. Drain on paper towels.
