1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup granulated sugar
4 oz dark chocolate, chopped

2 large egg yolks

Heat cream and milk: In a saucepan, heat the heavy cream and milk over medium heat until just simmering.
Melt chocolate: Remove from heat and add the chopped chocolate and hazelnut spread. Stir until smooth.
