Prepare one of the best simple desserts with this chocolate-dipped strawberries recipe. Perfect for any occasion, these strawberries are dipped in rich chocolate, making them an irresistible treat that you can prepare in no time.

1 cup fresh strawberries
1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
1 tsp coconut oil

Prepare a Double Boiler: Fill a small pot with a few inches of water and bring it to a simmer. Place a heatproof bowl on top of the pot, ensuring the bottom of the bowl doesn’t touch the water.
Melt the Chocolate: Add the dark chocolate chips and coconut oil to the bowl. Stir occasionally until the chocolate is completely melted and smooth.
Dip the Strawberries: Hold each strawberry by the stem and dip it into the melted chocolate, covering about 3/4 of the berry. Allow any excess chocolate to drip off.
Set the Strawberries: Place the dipped strawberries on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Chill: Refrigerate the strawberries for about 15-20 minutes, or until the chocolate is set.
