2 cups besan (gram flour)
1 cup ghee
1 cup powdered sugar
1/2 teaspoon cardamom powder

Steps (5)
Roast Besan: Heat 1 cup of ghee in a pan and add 2 cups of besan. Roast on low heat until it turns golden brown and aromatic.
Cool Mixture: Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.
Add Sugar: Add 1 cup of powdered sugar and 1/2 teaspoon of cardamom powder. Mix well.
Shape Ladoos: Grease your hands with ghee and shape the mixture into small balls.
