1 cup milk powder
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
2 tablespoons ghee
Milk (as needed)
2 cups sugar
Few drops of rose water
A pinch of cardamom powder

Make Dough: In a bowl, mix 1 cup of milk powder, 1/4 cup of all-purpose flour, and 1/4 teaspoon of baking soda. Add 2 tablespoons of ghee and mix well.
Form Balls: Add milk little by little to form a soft dough. Divide the dough into small balls.
Heat Oil: Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
Fry Balls: Fry the balls until golden brown. Remove and drain on paper towels.
Make Syrup: In a pot, combine 2 cups of sugar and 2 cups of water. Bring to a boil and simmer for 5 minutes.
Add Flavor: Add a few drops of rose water and a pinch of cardamom powder to the syrup.
Soak Jamuns: Soak the fried balls in the hot syrup for at least 30 minutes before serving.

- Ensure the dough is smooth to avoid cracks in the jamuns.
- Fry on medium heat to cook evenly.
